WASHINGTON, October 7, 2003 Olympic Food Products Inc., a Kokomo, Ind., establishment, is voluntarily recalling approximately 33,000 pounds of frozen corn dogs that contain undeclared allergens (egg, whey) and an undeclared ingredient (beef), the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today.
The products being recalled are:
All of the products subject to recall also bear the establishment code "EST. P-6882" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The products were distributed nationwide to wholesale and retail establishments. The problem was discovered by the company.
FSIS has received no reports of illnesses associated with consumption of these products. Anyone concerned about an illness should contact a physician.
